Unlocked is all about exploring team resilience: the ability of a team to keep functioning, pivot, and collaborate when circumstances get tough. Participants experience how personal resilience, interpersonal communication, and collective decision-making reinforce one another—or come under pressure.
The program offers a powerful, compact experience where teams recognize their patterns, deepen their collaboration, and take concrete insights back to the workplace. The activities use pressure, reflection, and observation to make visible what often remains hidden in the day-to-day.
