Together with Daphne Koster, we are developing an exclusive women's expedition. An expedition that represents the next step in female leadership. During the five-day expedition, we combine physical challenges with professional guidance, reflection, storytelling, and personal conversations. Think of climbing, abseiling, navigating, map reading, sleeping in mountain huts, and leadership assignments under pressure. Every experience is linked to behavior. What happens when tension rises?
